Overview
During my 3 months as their Product Design Intern at AskNicely, I learned how to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment. AskNicely is a company that provides businesses with a digital solution to collect and manage their customer feedback. Design team provided me with the opportunity to get experience in user research, UX audit, design systems and UX/UI design.

1. Redesigning a key AskNicely page and leading co-design sessions with Customer Success Managers
2. Mapping Ideal Customer Profile team structures to enhance product customisation for greater customer value

3. Conducting extensive research on Microsoft Teams Integrations and developing AskNicely Weekly Digest bot prototype
4. Improving Google Reviews workflow through research, task flow creation, and prototyping for both back-end and front-end interfaces
